Skateboarding Australia's Event Sanctions
Skateboarding Australia has now extended its services, with a goal ‘to deliver a stream of consistent, high quality events to the skateboarders of Australia to encourage continual and ongoing participation’.
With a vision of a complete pathway for skaters from local to elite level competitions, Skateboarding Australia will assist local councils and event deliverers to provide their skateboarding community with greater opportunities for participation, whilst focusing our operations on the delivery of quality national development programs & national events series.
All Skateboarding Australia events are run in accordance with our strict risk management policy. In addition, an event-specific risk management plan will be put in place that aligns with the local municipalities risk management policy as it is our intention that every event is run with the care and thoroughness that we ourselves put into the delivery of Skateboarding Australia managed events. As such, we aim to ensure that a reputation of safety and quality assurance is a benefit that you are purchasing with a Skateboarding Australia sanction.
